The Saints did what probably many of us wanted but didn't think they could pull off. The juggernaut known as the Indianapolis Colts marched into the Super Bowl with thoughts of another win and Peyton Manning with thoughts of being considered the greatest QB in NFL history. Oh how things change. The Saints pulled out a 14 point win over the Colts in Super Bowl 44. Saints CB Tracy Porter picked off Peyton Manning in the 4th quarter and took it to the house for a "pick 6". Not often manning would be the reason for the colts losing the game, but he was. Too often QB's have gotten off with no blame when a team loses a "big game", but I believe in this case Peyton deserves much, if not all, of the blame. Does this ruins Peyton's legacy? No way. Is he still one of the best QB's to play the game? You bet! HOWEVA (Thanks Stephen A.), this does show that Peyton is not perfect. He has flaws like any other quarterback. After all that said, this post is about the Saints. Great game last night. I think it could be official that New Orleans and Bourbon Street will never be the same ever again. Wait a minute, what on earth am I doing here? Hello hand grenades! WOOHOO!
Much Luck,
Joe
