Tennessee head football coach Lane Kiffen is leaving the program for greener pastures and louder blackberry's. Kiffen is now the head man in charge of the USC Trojan football team replacing the now Seattle Seahawk head coach Pete Carroll. So, after only 14 months as the vols head coach, kiffen is going back to Cali (cue LL Cool J). The only question I would have is WHY????? What on earth, or any other planet for that matter, has this clown done to have a shot at a premier program like USC. I mean his resume is not exactly what I would call "high caliber". He was the Oakland Raiders head coach for goodness sakes. the RAIDERS! That just screams "winner". Not to mention that this guy is one of the biggest trash talkers out there. He talks the game of boxing champion, but he has the game of "glass joe" from the "Punch Out" game. Finally, the fans in knoxville are too confused on how to feel about the departure. They don't know whether to egg his house and flip his car because he left them hanging or to throw a huge party because he's finally gone. I'm going with the latter on this. How do you feel about that? Good luck or good riddance?
