Before Sunday's game between the Mariners and the Blue Jays, Former Seattle Mariners 3rd baseman Mike Blowers "predicted" that Mariners player Matt Tuiasosopo would hit his first major league home run. No big deal. Blowers decided to extend his prediction by saying that he would hit it in his 2nd at bat, on a 3-1 count, on a fastball and hit it into the second deck. I'm sure after everyone shrugged it off the game progressed. When Tuiasosopo came up in his second at bat looking at 3-1 count and a fastball barrelling down the plate there had to be a quick pause.......Could Mike Blowers actually Predict a homerun? I mean Babe Ruth attempted to call his shot and Ms. Cleo had a hotline. Well, 1 home run in the second deck later the prophecy was true. The Great Carnac couldn't have called it any better.
In case you don't believe, listen below. (insert pyschic music here)
