Danger Miami Dolphins Danger!!!!!!
This is so obvious that even the B9 robot from "Lost in Space" knows. Word on the web is the WR Brandon Marshall of the Denver Broncos has been dealt to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for a 2nd round pick in this year's draft and what is believed to be a 2nd round pick in next year's draft. Of course, this all hinges on whether or not Marshall can pass a physical which he is expected to do today. If he passes, this move could cause a major shift of power in the AFC East. The New York Jets are doing their best "New York Yankee" impression and signing every available big name talent that is available from Ladainian Tomlinson all the way to troubled Super Bowl MVP WR Santonio Holmes. The Patriots are the patriots and anytime you have Randy Moss and Tom Brady you always have a chance to win. Lastly, the Bills are the Bills and are already prepping for the 2011 draft. To me, this move is a obvious response to the Jets acquiring Santonio Holmes from the Steelers. Marshall is easily one of the top talented wide receivers in the NFL. He has the speed and hands to score when he wants to and he will instantly make the Dolphins a contender for the AFC East title, HOWEVA (Thank you Stephen A.) It does come with a price. I don't mean the draft picks I mean the player. He brings the baggage of not being a "people person" with his coaches and team mates and is 1 major mistake away from a year long suspension by the NFL. On top of all that, your bringing him to South Beach?? A place where non famous and broke fools (like myself) can get into trouble. What's a famous and rich athlete who is known for getting into trouble going to do? For his sake, I hope he keeps it down and plays a full year. I'd love to see the drama unfold in the AFC East.
Much Luck,
Joe
