And the Winner Is.....

During the preseason, Head Coach Eric Mangini of the Cleveland Browns was evaluating QB's Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson to determine which would start the regular season opener. After the 3rd preseason, most coaches would have a idea and usually make some sort of comment or announcement about it, but Mangini still had no idea. After the 4th game, Mangini could have flipped a coin and still had no idea. Today, it was announced that Brady Quinn will be making the opening day start. I got to say, I like the choice. What i'm not a fan of is the mangenius keeping the decision a secret like he's working for the goverment. Speculation is that at the Browns bye week, he'll release the missing minutes of the watergate tapes and the truth about Area 51. Way to keep us in suspense secret agent man!

Much Luck,

Joe

  1. I think Man"gina" is a tool for waiting roughly 72 hours before the first game to announce the starting QB. I'm sure he will tell you the whole "the both were preparing as if the had the starting job", but how can you totally mentally and physically prepare if you're constant focus is WILL I EVEN WIN THIS JOB. Cleveland's record will pay a price for the hold out. Mark my words

  2. I agree. Can we go ahead and give them the "there's always next year" trophy?
